We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to join an independent brand communications agency located in Singapore. &nbsp;&nbsp; Our client is a globally recognized agency within their specialty, with offices in New York City, London (HQ), Singapore, and Shanghai, as well as satellite studios throughout Europe and Asia. &nbsp;&nbsp; Responsibilities <ul> <li>Lead the creative services for the Asia region in collaboration with the Managing Director.</li> <li>Facilitate brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts for key design projects across Asia.</li> <li>Translate creative briefs into engaging and innovative visual designs, including brand identities, websites, social media, marketing materials, and more.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both Asia and Europe.</li> <li>Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in the brand-design agency sector, preferably within luxury, premium retail, and property.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to create exceptional pitch decks and branded content proposals.</li> <li>Experience leading teams and managing individuals with varying levels of expertise.</li> <li>Proven track record in providing design strategy and direction, with comfort in giving and receiving constructive feedback.</li> <li>Approach clients with a positive attitude when offering solutions and suggestions.</li> </ul> Please note that MCG Talent can only respond to those candidates that we feel meet the criteria laid out by our client.
