We are looking for an Event Manager who will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple pop-up events and exhibitions across the UAE. &nbsp;&nbsp; This role requires a seasoned professional with strong event management experience, capable of managing complex logistics, coordinating with diverse teams, and delivering high-quality events under tight deadlines. &nbsp;&nbsp; The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking to ensure seamless event operations. &nbsp;&nbsp; Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of multiple pop-up events and exhibitions, including budgeting, logistics coordination, vendor management, timeline execution, and on-site supervision.</li> <li>Manage event progress and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.</li> <li>Liaise with internal teams (e.g., merchandising, ticketing) and external stakeholders (e.g., site management, vendors) to ensure smooth project implementation.</li> <li>Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, merchandising logistics, and transportation of event materials.</li> <li>Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, arranging site visits, and maintaining detailed project documentation.</li> <li>Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality services.</li> <li>Supervise on-site event operations, managing staff, volunteers, and contractors to ensure flawless execution.</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve issues during planning and execution, maintaining composure under pressure.</li> <li>Conduct post-event evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for future events.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization&rsquo;s event objectives.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in exhibition or event management, with a proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong expertise in driving event execution and managing complex processes from planning to completion.</li> <li>Exceptional project management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities effectively.</li> <li>Proficient in written and spoken English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.</li> </ul> Please note that MCG Talent can only respond to those candidates that we feel meet the criteria laid out by our client.

The quality and depth of the questions you ask serve as a direct reflection of your enthusiasm, eagerness, and perceptiveness, so take some time to prepare some thoughtful questions.
