The AVP, Brand Experience & Marketing is a strategic leader within the Group Brand & Marketing team, responsible for shaping and overseeing a differentiated brand experience and orchestrating customer-led marketing communication strategies for our client. &nbsp;&nbsp; Please note - we are looking for individuals from an insurance background in order to match our clients criteria. &nbsp;&nbsp; Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead Digital Brand & Marketing Strategy: Develop a comprehensive digital brand and marketing strategy, including an in-depth understanding of the digital landscape, reviewing marketing performance to optimize strategies, and providing guidelines to enhance social media engagement and reach.</li> <li>Lead Clarity Project: Drive a key initiative to ensure brand clarity across all customer touchpoints, such as websites, policies, and claims, translating the brand&rsquo;s DNA and vision into compelling experiences for customers and distribution partners.</li> <li>Align Country Strategies: Guide regional teams to align their digital brand and marketing strategies with group objectives.</li> <li>Design Consistent Brand Experience: Collaborate with key functional leaders at group and market levels to deliver a cohesive and compelling brand experience across advertising campaigns, digital platforms, product brochures, contracts, and customer service communications.</li> <li>Champion Simplified Communications: Promote a customer-led, simplified language approach in all touchpoints to ensure communications are easy to understand.</li> <li>Manage Regional Marketing Budget: Oversee the regional marketing budget to meet business objectives efficiently, supporting increased brand awareness and consideration across operating markets.</li> <li>Protect Brand Assets: Work with legal counterparts to manage and safeguard the organization&rsquo;s portfolio of brand assets and intellectual property across Asia.</li> </ul> Key Indicators of Success: <ul> <li>Brand Building: Support the brand&rsquo;s evolution from challenger status to market prominence.</li> <li>Performance Orientation: Adopt a results-driven and metrics-focused approach, leveraging data to drive engagement and sales.</li> <li>Insurance Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of insurance products, segments, local regulations, and sales channels to deploy initiatives that achieve the brand&rsquo;s vision.</li> <li>Innovative Drive: Identify and adopt global and regional industry trends (and beyond) to ensure brand relevance and prominence.</li> </ul> Please note that MCG Talent can only respond to those candidates that we feel meet the criteria laid out by our client.

To account for the possibility of your prepared questions being addressed during the interview, it's wise to have a diverse selection of questions at the ready. The quality and depth of the questions you ask serve as a direct reflection of your enthusiasm, eagerness, and perceptiveness, so take some time to prepare some thoughtful questions.
Research the interviewer:&nbsp;Attempt to find out who your interviewers are in advance. The interview invitation email might contain this detail. Use LinkedIn and the 'About Us' section on the company's website to delve into their professional backgrounds. This can help you to establish a connection with the interviewers.
Have your answers ready for the common questions:&nbsp;Some of the most common questions you get asked at an interview are sometimes the most difficult to answer.
